Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. in Marquette, MI is seeking a Cake Decorator to assist our Bakery Department by creating and decorating delicious bakery products and maintaining attractive displays. You will provide friendly guest service, engage guests with samples, and ensure freshness and quality in every item.

The role may also cover back-up duties for the Bakery Department Manager as needed, within a supportive, employee-owned company environment.

• Create and decorate bakery products including cakes, pastries, and cookies.
• Ensure bakery cases are stocked with fresh, appealing products.
• Provide exceptional guest service and engage guests with samples and suggestive selling.
• Create appealing product displays to attract guests.
• May perform back-up duties in the absence of the Bakery Department Manager.
