Job summary

TS Lambert LLC in Milmay, NJ is seeking a Bartender to craft traditional and creative cocktails and provide outstanding guest service at Sidelines East Sports Bar & Grill. Compensation includes hourly wage and tips, with flexible scheduling.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of bartender/server experience, strong mixing skills, and the ability to keep the bar organized. TIPS certification is a plus and we offer a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender/server for a minimum of 1 year.
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
• Computer/POS literacy.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work/stand for long hours.
• TIPS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Plan and present food and special menus.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
