Qualifications

• Mixologist experience preferred.

• Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and current industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and lead team members effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.
• Must be able to provide at least 3-4 full days of availability each week and must be available on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus tailored to various outlets and events.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Check customer identification to verify legal age for alcohol purchase.
• Train and mentor staff on new cocktail techniques and standards to ensure consistency.
• Maintain a strong presence and positive reputation within the local cocktail community.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Provide exceptional guest service, engaging with guests to enhance their experience.
