Qualifications

• Reads and understands Crumbl recipes to bake cookies precisely.
• Performs quality checks on ingredients and finished goods.
• Uses frostings, glazes, fillings and toppings to enhance presentation.
• Maintains clean and sanitized workstation and equipment.
• Gives friendly, customer-focused service and feedback integration.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand Crumbl recipes.
• Measure and combine ingredients using mixers, blenders, and other equipment.
• Test ingredients and finished goods for food safety and quality.
• Clean and restock workstation and ensure equipment is ready for next shift.
• Greet customers with a warm welcome to Crumbl.
