Job summary

Monks is seeking a visionary Creative AI Technologist to bridge cutting-edge AI developments with engaging social content. The role focuses on anticipating the future of LLMs by exploring the AI landscape, utilizing APIs, and prototyping internal tools for the company’s strategy, creative, and operations teams.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on with AI/ML APIs, proficient in prompt engineering, and able to train and document processes for both internal teams and external audiences.

Qualifications

• Technical proficiency with AI/ML APIs and coding
• Master of prompts and AI ecosystems, current LLM knowledge
• Natural trainer and explainer with ability to translate complex concepts

Responsibilities

• Monitor AI landscape from Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic for strategic insights
• Create compelling social content and prototype tools using APIs
• Lead internal training sessions on new AI features for teams
• Document internal use cases and build playbooks to integrate AI tools
• Demystify AI for external audiences with clear prompts and technical details
• Engage with clients to educate on efficient prompting techniques
