Riverside Commons is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to help plan and deliver engaging activities for residents in our Assisted Living and Independent Living communities. This role emphasizes creativity, relationship-building, and support for personal goals while promoting a joyful daily routine.

Ideal candidates are energetic, compassionate, and organized, able to work independently or as part of a team to create meaningful experiences for older adults in a welcoming community.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and facilitating daily activities and events.
• Encourage resident participation and engagement.
• Lead small group and one-on-one activities.
• Assist with holiday celebrations, outings, entertainment, and community events.
• Help decorate and prepare spaces for activities and special occasions.
• Build positive relationships with residents and their families.
• Support resident interests, hobbies, and personal goals.
• Assist with transportation and resident escorts as needed.
• Document participation and maintain activity records.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to create exceptional resident experiences.
