Job summary

Barona Resort & Casino is seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer to create 3D assets, animate sequences, and deliver compelling marketing visuals. You will work under the Senior Interactive Motion Graphic Designer to develop concepts and execute motion graphics for multiple channels.

The role requires proficiency in Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, and After Effects, plus the ability to collaborate with marketing teams and clients. On-site, full-time, with potential extra hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, After Effects, 3ds Max.
• Demonstrated success creating original motion graphics for video and editing broadcast level video.
• Proven expertise in motion graphics and graphic design.
• Expert knowledge and experience in computer design technology and design software.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal senior management supervision; be results-oriented.
• Must have strong time management skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Written, oral, and presentation skills are essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours and deal with changes.
• Ability to diplomatically work with co-workers, internal clients, and the Tribe.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and execute motion graphics to produce targeted, marketing messages.
• Create and animate 3D assets such as characters, props, logos, or environments.
• Combine 3D elements with 2D graphics in After Effects for cohesive output.
• Set up lighting, materials, and camera angles; render and composite into timelines.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams and clients to align vision and execution.
• Serve as the primary backup to Senior Interactive Motion Graphic Designer.
• Maintain organization and help archive systems for assets and projects.
