Child Guidance Resource Centers in Pennsylvania is seeking staff for its CREATE Program, a year-round, evidence-based group social skills service for children and adolescents with autism. The role emphasizes delivering therapeutic support, collaborating with families, and aligning with treatment plans to enhance social communication, problem-solving, and emotional regulation.
The position offers a Monday–Thursday 3 PM–7 PM schedule, opportunities for supervision and professional growth, and a
CGRC’s CREATE Program (Creating Relationships and Emotional Adaptability in a Therapeutic Environment) is a unique, year-round, and innovative approach to group social skills service for children and adolescents diagnosed with autism (ages 3-21). We strive to help our clients build social and communication skills, improve problem-solving and emotional regulation, and enhance flexibility and motivation.

An innovative-evidenced based program that enhances social communication skills while improving problem-solving and emotional regulation for improved flexibility and motivation in all settings is the focal point of our work.
