Cushman & Wakefield offers a paid Staff Accountant Training Program in St. Louis. This 3-4 month program provides hands-on experience in entry-level cash and accrual accounting, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting under guided supervision.

You’ll apply standard accounting principles to deliver accurate, high-quality work and prepare for advancement into a Client Accountant role within the CRE sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related business degree preferred; candidates may be enrolled while pursuing degree

Responsibilities

• Perform entry-level cash and accrual accounting tasks for properties including ledgers and reconciliations
• Prepare basic financial reporting packages
• Provide accounting support including journal entries and data entry
• Adhere to Client Accounting policies and procedures
• Research and communicate accounting issues to management
• Participate in month-end checklist and processes
