Berkadia in Dallas offers a 12-month Rotational Analyst Program across Mortgage Banking, Underwriting, Closing and Construction Management. You will participate in onboarding, partner with seasoned professionals, and receive mentorship to prepare for permanent placement within HUD groups.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train through Berkadia's Rotational Analyst Program across Mortgage Banking, Underwriting, Closing and Construction Management.
• Engage in client-facing meetings, loan analyses, and underwriting discussions under mentorship.
• Support in preparing loan narratives, market research, and deal documentation.
• Work with leadership to identify permanent placement within HUD groups based on performance and interests.
