You will collect, audit, and analyze CRE data, collaborate with leadership, and deliver insights that differentiate JLL with data-driven market intelligence and compelling visuals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, up to one year of CRE research experience, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, urban planning, or related field.
• Up to one year in commercial real estate research, economic and demographic analysis.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and database systems; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and audit JLL's proprietary CRE database for office, industrial, and retail properties.
• Collaborate with market leadership and sales to execute data collection plans.
• Analyze and present commercial real estate trends, including leasing, business migration, sales, and socio-economic data.
• Expand and improve the research platform, program, and output that demonstrates market expertise through data excellence.
• Create compelling visual communications integrating JLL's proprietary research data for business development, external distribution, and client requests.
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external clients and facilitate the use of technology tools.
• Present to internal teams and clients to demonstrate tools and analytical capabilities.
