Job summary

PIMCO is seeking a CRE Debt Associate in New York to source, underwrite, and invest across debt capital stack. The salary range is between $135,000.00 and $180,000.00, with a total compensation package that includes a base salary and discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant real-estate investment banking or private equity experience.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills and proficiency in Argus.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop excel models projecting project-level cash flows.
• Draft and negotiate term sheets and loan documentation.
• Lead due diligence of new investments.
