Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a highly motivated associate to join its Commercial Real Estate Finance team within the Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice Group in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on documenting, negotiating, and closing complex credit facilities and real estate loan transactions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of finance experience, strong academic credentials, and is licensed or eligible to practice in North Carolina.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of finance experience, preferably in commercial real estate finance.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to exceptional client service.
• Licensed or eligible to practice law in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Document, negotiate, and close secured and unsecured credit facilities and loan transactions.
• Conduct due diligence for commercial real estate finance transactions.
• Manage large commercial lending transactions from inception through post-closing.
