Job summary

Quantum Capital Partners in Beverly Hills is seeking a CRE analyst with deep understanding of commercial real estate finance and advanced Excel, Argus, and Publisher. You will collaborate with an origination team across debt and equity origination.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years CRE experience, a strong academic background in business/finance/real estate, and excellent analytical, modeling, and writing skills. This role offers growth and exposure to leading capital providers.

Qualifications

2–3 years of commercial real estate experience.
Strong academic background in business, finance, or real estate.
Advanced Excel, Argus, and market research skills.
Excellent analytical, writing, and communication abilities.
Underwriting and financial statement review experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Providing support to Principals in debt and equity origination activities.
Reviewing financial statements, operating statements, leases, and other due diligence material.
Developing financial models, cash flow projections, and underwriting using Argus and Excel.
Market research on vacancy rates, market rents, and cap rates.
Creating financing packages for prospective lenders.
Coordinate due diligence, property inspections, lease review, and loan closing.
Interacting with clients and capital providers.
