Job summary

Dynamed Clinical Research LP is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to ensure high-quality data at investigative sites, in line with sponsor protocols and regulatory guidelines. The role emphasizes meeting enrollment goals and maintaining study documentation.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of CRC experience, preferably with vaccines, and is proficient in English with potential Spanish language skills. On-site work in Dallas/Irving, TX is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of CRC experience, preferably with vaccines in a private setting.
• ACRP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Proficient English communication; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct study subject visits and document procedures per protocol.
• Ensure adherence to FDA regulations, ICH-GCP guidelines, and ALCOA-C standards.
• Complete data entry and resolve queries per sponsor expectations.
• Facilitate communication among patients, healthcare providers, and staff.
• Prepare for sponsor and CRO site visits and manage study materials.
