Magnum Venus Products (MVP) is a global manufacturer specializing in crating, packaging, and logistics for industrial materials. The Crating & Packaging Specialist / Driver role coordinates shipping, loading, and inter-location movement to meet deadlines and maintain safety standards.

This full-time on-site position emphasizes crafting sturdy crates, loading/unloading, and providing excellent internal customer service while supporting material flow across nearby locations in Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Proficient woodworking experience (crating/packing crates and shipping containers).
• Ability to safely use saws, hand tools, and read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Build and secure wooden crates, shipping containers, and packaging as needed.
• Assist in design and implementation of best practices for shipping operations.
• Coordinate with team to schedule shipping needs for production.
• Assist with Shipping & Receiving and basic inspection duties; prepare shipments and paperwork.
