Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and board eligibility/certification in plastic surgery.
• Fellowship in craniofacial/pediatric plastic surgery completed.
• Florida Medical License and DEA registration required.
• Leadership and collaboration to drive program development and accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: pediatric craniofacial and adult reconstructive surgery at affiliated centers.
• Administrative Leadership: lead craniofacial/pediatric program, manage accreditation efforts.
• Research: engage in NIH/DoD-funded craniofacial projects and publish findings.
• Teaching: educate medical students, residents, and fellows; develop a Craniofacial Fellowship.
• Community/Quality: engage in outreach, quality improvement, and philanthropic development.
