Responsibilities include troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with crane codes and safety standards across projects.

Competenze

• 5+ years troubleshooting cranes and hoist equipment.
• Experience with 3-phase motors, VFDs, contactors, and circuits.
• Overhead crane and scissor lift experience required.
• Ability to work at height in extreme temperatures and noisy locations.
• Physically demanding: lift 50-100 lbs.
• OSHA criteria inspections.
• Able to work independently and with customers.

• Service overhead crane systems and hoists through quality installations.
• Perform OSHA-equivalent inspections and warranty work; troubleshoot breakdowns.
• Do preventive maintenance and respond to emergency service calls.
• Interface with customers to repair equipment as needed.
• Make electrical/mechanical adjustments with or without drawings.
• Maintain rapport with customers and suggest improvements.
• Document service and installation actions and inspection checklists.
• Learn Federal/state/local codes for cranes and hoists.
