Job summary

Techcrane International LLC in Covington, LA is seeking a hands-on technician for full-time responsibilities in its corporate workshop. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 3-4 yrs exp with hydraulics: valve assembly, test; hose assembly, routing and test; tubing assembly and test; knowledge of JIC, NPT, and fastener sizes.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, installation and testing of hydraulic cranes.
• Assemble and test hydraulic components.
• Overhaul and test machines to ensure operating efficiency.
• Maintain crane systems by inspections, troubleshooting and repair.
• Operate forklift and other production equipment.
• Document service actions via forms, reports and checklists.
• Ensure safety and OSHA/ANSI compliance.
