Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a general laborer or yard worker in construction or heavy equipment preferred.
• Mechanical background with electrical and hydraulic knowledge required.
• Self-starter with initiative to advance; strong customer service orientation.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Learn the duties of a Shop Crane Technician under supervision.
• Assist shop technicians with inspections and repairs.
• Inspect tools and equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
