Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Crane & Rigging Superintendent/Certified Lift Director to lead crane operations on heavy civil projects in Louisiana. You will supervise crane operators and riggers, ensure compliance with safety standards, and develop lift plans in coordination with project management.

The role requires NCCCO certifications, extensive field experience, and travel to multiple site locations. Strong communication and team leadership are essential for project success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in crane and rigging within major bridge, heavy civil and pile driving operations.
• 3-5 years in a supervisory role overseeing crane and rigging teams.
• Familiarity with ASME Lift Director requirements and OSHA crane and rigging regulations.
• Ability to read crane load charts and operator manuals.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crane operators and riggers during lifting operations.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, ASME, and company standards.
• Develop and approve lift plans (daily and critical) and coordinate with project management.
• Manage operator qualifications, certifications, and licensing records.
• Coordinate with third party crane vendors and A/D operations.
