Job summary

Uplifting Crane, LLC is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to own projects from initial customer conversations through successful completion. You will coordinate field crews, equipment, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable outcomes.

You will meet with clients, assess site conditions, develop lifting plans, and manage budgets and schedules. The role emphasizes proactive communication, risk mitigation, and building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex crane projects is preferred.
• Excellent communication with customers, crews, and subcontractors.
• Ability to prepare estimates, track budgets, and manage change orders.

As our Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of projects from the initial customer conversation through successful completion. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating our field crews, equipment, subcontractors, and internal team to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.

• Maintain proactive communication with clients before, during, and after each project.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with customers through exceptional service and responsiveness.
• Manage project costs, timelines, change orders, and overall profitability.
• Identify potential risks early and develop practical solutions before they impact the project.
• Ensure projects are executed safely and in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with operations, dispatch, sales, and field crews to keep projects running smoothly.
• Continuously improve company systems, workflows, and processes as we grow.
• Help identify new business opportunities and provide customers with value‑added solutions whenever possible.
