Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Crane Operator with CDL to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating cranes and other lifting equipment in various environments, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate All Terrain cranes, Rough Terrains, Crawlers, and other lifting equipment in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections of equipment to ensure proper working conditions.
• Lift, move, and place materials and equipment as directed by supervisors or job site requirements.
• Collaborate with ground crew and team members to coordinate movements and ensure safety.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of operations, including logs and inspection reports.
• Adhere to safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• MUST HOLD A CDL LICENSE – Please do not apply if you do not hold a CDL license.
• Valid crane operator certification and/or license (e.g., NCCCO, OSHA) is required.
• Proven experience operating cranes and lifting equipment in various settings (e.g., construction, manufacturing).
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and equipment operation.
• Ability to read and interpret load charts, blueprints, and safety manuals.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a crane operator or in a similar role.
• Additional certifications or specialized training is a plus.

Work Environment:

• The role involves working outdoors and may require exposure to various weather conditions.
• The position may require working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Physical demands include lifting, standing, and operating machinery for extended periods.
