Job summary

Trillium Construction is seeking a Certified Truck Crane Operator for a major industrial shutdown in Osceola, Arkansas. The role requires a valid TLL certification, NCCCO card, and proven experience operating truck cranes. Expect 12-hour night shifts (6:00pm–6:00am), 60–72 hours weekly, and overtime after 8 hours, with Saturdays and Sundays paid OT.

Per diem of $110/day applies for days worked. A 10-panel drug screen is required, and no background check is necessary.

Trillium Construction is now hiring a Certified Truck Crane Operator for a major industrial shutdown project in Osceola, Arkansas.

Job Details:

• -Job Location: Osceola, AR
• -Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6:00pm - 6:00am
• -Hours: Approximately 60-72 hours per week
• -Overtime: OT after 8 hours; Saturday and Sunday shifts are always paid OT
• -Pay: $46/hr night shift
• -Per Diem: $110/day, paid days worked
• -Project Duration: 10/19/26-10/25/26 (7 total shifts)
• -Openings: Truck Crane Operator position

Equipment:

The project includes a 220-ton Tadano AT truck crane.

Requirements:

• -Current/Valid TLL certification
• -Proven experience operating truck cranes
• -Must have your NCCCO card and valid ID a
• -Must be able to work extended 12-hour shifts and the required project schedule
• -Must pass a 10-panel rapid drug screen
• -No background check required
