Job summary

Energy Job Shop seeks Hydraulic Friction Crane Operators to join our team in Houma, Louisiana. You will safely operate mobile and stationary cranes to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of crane experience, NCCCO certification, and a valid TWIC card, along with a willingness to work outdoors across varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of crane operator experience in construction.
• NCCCO certification or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of crane safety protocols, hand signals, and load limits.
• Able to read and interpret load charts and blueprints.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical stamina to operate large cranes for extended periods.
• Valid TWIC Card and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
