ALL Crane Rental of Georgia in Austell is seeking a certified Lattice Boom Crawler Crane Operator for a full-time, non-exempt role. The position includes a Candidate Sign-On Bonus of $300 after 100 days of continuous employment and comprehensive benefits.

Essential functions include operating a lattice boom crawler, reading lift plans, maintaining safety and regulatory conformity, and documenting actions taken. The role requires strong initiative and independence.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active crane operator certification meeting OSHA criteria.
• Experience with rigging is preferred.
• Experience in crane setup and teardown is a definite plus.
• Strong initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to work safely around moving machinery.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

ALL Crane Rental of Georgia, located in Austell is seeking a certified Lattice Boom Crawler Crane Operator. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits. This position is eligible for a Candidate Sign-On Bonus of $300 payable after 100 days of continuous, successful employment.

Essential Functions

• Must be able to safely operate a Lattice Boom Crawler
• Must be able to read lift plans, load charts and operate a personal computer
• Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
• Prepare proper documentation of actions taken
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience Requirements

• Must have an active certification from anaccredited crane operator testing organization which meets OSHA criteria
• Experience with rigging is preferred
• Experience in crane set-up and tear-down a definite plus
• Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery
• Able to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity
• Able to lift 50lbs.
