Job summary
Florida Atlantic Ironworks in Orlando is seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team on a full-time basis. You will inspect equipment daily, operate cranes with precision, and ensure safe handling of loads across construction sites.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of crane experience, holds a CDL, NCCO, and TLL certifications, and is fluent in English. CAD and crane control systems knowledge are required, with LAT/TSS as a plus. Work hours are Monday–Friday with occasional weekends.
Qualifications
- 5 years experience or more.
- Must have CDL.
- Must have NCCO certification for small and large Hydro's swing cab.
- TLL certification is required.
- LAT and TSS is a plus.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Proficiency in operating the necessary software and tools, including crane control systems and CAD software.
- Physical stamina and strength for long hours operating the crane and handling heavy loads.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maneuver the crane with precision and safety.
- Lift and move heavy loads following supervisors' instructions.
- Communicate effectively with team on the ground.
- Conduct thorough equipment inspections at start of each day.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure safety and efficiency.
