Job summary

Custom Truck One Source, Inc. is seeking a Crane Installer in Kansas City, MO to perform heavy-duty crane installations, modifications, and repairs on crane-equipped trucks.

This full-time, non-exempt role operates Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, under the supervision of the Crane Shop Manager. The position requires installing/removing crane equipment, welding/fabricating components, and adhering to factory standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove crane equipment and components on crane trucks.
• Modify crane truck wheelbases and suspensions as required.
• Fabricate and install components for crane equipment installations.
• Coordinate with parts department to obtain needed parts and maintain tools.
• Dispose of waste and ensure EPA compliance in assigned area.
