Job summary

Mi-Jack Products, Inc. is seeking Electrical and Mechanical Assemblers to build crane components, assembling electrical, mechanical and hydraulic sub-assemblies according to blueprints and wiring schematics.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of relevant experience, with electrical assembly experience preferred. Ability to read prints and use hand/air tools is required, with familiarity with ISO9001 quality practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years relevant work experience.
• Electrical assembly experience preferred.
• Able to read prints and shop manuals.
• Prior experience with hand and air tools.
• Requires knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic assemblies and testing.

Responsibilities

• Set up from blueprints and wire high or low voltage boxes from wiring schematic.
• Read and interpret micro, PLC and relay schematics.
• Assemble sub-assemblies and/or finished products per written and verbal instructions.
• Perform all aspects of assembly work.
• Prepare units for next operation per procedures and clean as required.
• Safely operate heavy equipment as directed and perform on-line testing/inspection.
• Maintain accurate records and may operate forklifts.
• Adhere to ISO9001 quality system and safety requirements.
