Job summary

Handyman Connection of Fishers is seeking a Craftsman Apprentice for both full-time and part-time work. Starting pay ranges from $17–$20 per hour, depending on experience.

You’ll be joining a growing, local family-owned company focused on delivering quality home repairs and remodeling. As an apprentice, you’ll work with seasoned craftsmen to learn carpentry, drywall, painting, trim, flooring, and basic installations, while contributing to job setup, material handling, and site cleanup.

• Basic experience with tools, home repairs, construction, or remodeling.
• You don’t need experience in every trade.

We’re a growing, local, family-owned company that cares about our customers and our employees just as much. Good with your hands and ready to learn more? We’re looking for a dependable apprentice with some basic home repair or construction experience who wants to grow into a skilled craftsman.

You don’t need to know everything, that’s why “apprentice” is in the title.

What you’ll do

• Work alongside experienced craftsmen on home repairs and remodeling projects.

What we’re looking for

• Some experience with tools, home repairs, construction, or remodeling. You don’t need experience in every trade.


• Someone who shows up on time, follows directions, and asks questions.


• Respect for customers, their homes, and your teammates.


• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone.


• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting materials and using ladders safely.

Taking pride in your work includes cleaning up after yourself. Unfortunately, drywall dust does not relocate itself.
