The ideal Craftsman candidate will possess a good overall knowledge of all trades:

Additional Qualifications for this Craftsman Role:

1. Proper Equipment: Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks.
2. Troubleshooting Skills: Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.
3. Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
4. Be Presentable: Clean-Cut appearance, decent looking vehicle, organized tools.
