Job summary

apacheip seeks a Craft Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment of skilled craft professionals across multiple projects and locations. You will partner with Operations, Project Managers, and Hiring Managers to identify hiring needs, develop strategies, source qualified candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in skilled craft, construction, industrial, manufacturing, or energy sectors.
• Experience recruiting high-volume hourly positions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages full-cycle recruitment for skilled craft positions across projects and locations.
• Partners with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Sources qualified candidates via job boards, referrals, networking, career fairs, social media, and other channels.
• Maintains an active pipeline of skilled craft candidates for current and future needs.
• Conducts phone screens and evaluates candidates against qualifications and project requirements.
• Coordinates interviews and communicates with candidates and hiring managers.
• Extends verbal offers and coordinates pre-employment steps including background checks and drug screenings.
• Ensures recruitment activities comply with policies and employment laws.
• Maintains candidate records in the ATS.
• Builds relationships with trade schools, workforce organizations, and industry associations.
• Represents the company at hiring events and job fairs.
• Tracks metrics like time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer acceptance.
