Qualifications

• Consistently follow all recipes, procedures, food storage, rotation, and safety guidelines.
• Stock and maintain pizza station to manager-defined levels.
• Present pizzas to spec, from dough stretch to final toppings.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ability to follow pizza recipes and preparation procedures with precision and consistency.
• Solid understanding of food safety, proper storage, and sanitation practices.
• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Takes pride in hand-crafting pizzas from scratch and presenting them to spec.
• Comfortable working near high heat and standing for extended periods.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and thriving during busy shifts.
• Able to stay focused, multitask, and perform under pressure during peak service hours.
