Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years of construction-related experience with a track record of quality and profitable craft work.
• Regular communication with the Project Manager for project issues; coordination with Senior Craft Foreman and Project Superintendent for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Organize and monitor crews.
• Verify accuracy of work (e.g., dimension verification).
• Safety compliance and daily safety checks with crews (STA).
• Layout using survey equipment.
• Complete timesheets with certified payroll.
• Coordinate work with shop drawings; provide as-built information to field management.
• Assist Superintendent with a 5-week schedule and budgeting awareness.
• Lead safety initiatives; enforce rules and report issues to field management.
• Attend daily and weekly meetings; assist with facility startup activities.
• Monitor productivity; maintain field logs.
• Assist with accident investigations; support Risk Management processes.
