Job summary

Starbucks Corp. seeks a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a warm, welcoming coffeehouse for the community. You will oversee daily operations, coach team members, and uphold quality beverages and food products.

The role requires consistent attendance, flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays, plus experience in customer service and guiding others. Starbucks offers generous benefits to partners.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others; knowledge of the retail environment; strong interpersonal skills; ability to learn quickly.
