Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Current ABLE Commission Liquor license required.
• One year beverage server and/or bartending experience required.
• Must possess basic math skills to give change, and calculate tickets.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and presents beverage menus.
• Take orders from customers or staff and record drinks accurately.
• Prepare and serve drinks following standard recipes.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
• Process transactions using the POS system and balance cash at shift start/end.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and restock as needed.
• Upsell drinks and snacks to guests.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene standards.
