Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months bar experience.
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Must be of legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
• Certified in (or able to be certified in) responsible alcohol service as required by law.
• Able to communicate effectively in the work location's primary language.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including craft cocktails and local beers.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and attentive manner, making recommendations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies, and managing inventory.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service policies to ensure guest safety.
• Collaborate with the service team and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.
