Job summary

Ludico is seeking experienced Bartenders to join the opening team. You will craft cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, delivering warm hospitality in a fast-paced fine dining setting.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of bartending experience, strong cocktail knowledge, and excellent guest service. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; Toast POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years bartending in upscale/high-volume or fine dining.
• Knowledge of classic and craft cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Wine knowledge and food pairing is a plus.
• Toast POS or similar POS experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and guest service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining hospitality.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, genuine hospitality to every guest.
• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages to Ludico's standards.
• Recommend cocktails, wines, and beverage pairings based on guest preferences.
• Engage guests with knowledgeable, personalized recommendations.
• Deliver accurate, efficient service in a high-volume environment.
• Support dining room with beverage preparation.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
