Job summary

RSB in Beloit, WI is seeking an entry-level bar staff member for part-time shifts at Beloit SkyCarp. You’ll deliver high quality craft cocktails, wine and beer, and create a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities include engaging with guests, keeping areas clean and organized, and following health and safety practices. Requirements: 6 months in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, ability to work under pressure, and relevant certifications such as TABC and TX Food Handler.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and basic math skills.
• Must be able to interact verbally and listen attentively to co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to follow written and oral direction.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.

Responsibilities

• Have an appreciation for food, quality cocktails, wine and craft beer.
• Deliver an “experience” to each guest.
• Engage with guests and regulars.
• Keep work area clean, sanitized, and organized.
• Coordinate orders to ensure determined service times.
• Assist other positions when needed.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as indicated in the Employee Development System Manual.
• Implement and follow sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of dining areas.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform other related duties as required from time to time.
