The Eldridge Hotel is seeking experienced bartenders for the Jayhawker Bar in Lawrence, KS. You will craft cocktails and provide an elevated bar and dining experience for hotel guests and restaurant guests, working on a fast-paced bar environment with hourlies plus tips.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 21+ years old to apply.
• Prior bar experience required.
• Strong customer service skills including communication, multitasking, time management, problem solving, memory and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Suggestively sell menu items, beverages, and wines.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, wines by the glass, and bar menu items.
• Ensure bar is properly stocked and kept clean before shifts.
• Promote specials and adhere to all state liquor regulations.
• Provide elevated bar and dining experience to guests.
