Job summary

Spring Branch's Premier Craft Beer and Cocktail Bar is seeking a qualified bartender to provide an outstanding guest experience. You will take orders, prepare drinks, and keep the bar stocked and clean.

You should be able to recommend beverages based on customers' needs, mix classic and innovative cocktails, and communicate professionally and warmly. Prior bartending experience and a willingness to work shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender and ability to prepare beverages.
• Beverage knowledge and skill in mixing drinks.
• Bartending certificate is a plus.
• Basic computer and math skills for POS and transactions.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Professional and positive disposition.
• Ability to keep the bar clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders and serving drinks and snacks to bar customers.
• Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Mixing classic and innovative cocktails.
• Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintaining exceptional guest experience and upselling when appropriate.
• Making menu recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
• Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and well-organized.
• Checking IDs to ensure legal drinking age.
