Responsibilities

• Stock bar, mix and serve beverages, assist in inventory and cost control.
• Maintain inventory records and notify management of shortages.
• Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Communicate guest requests and concerns to management.
• Perform opening/closing duties including cash handling and POS use.
• Support banquet or event service as needed.
