Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a bartender to join our team in Shreveport, LA. You will prepare beverages, assist cocktail servers, and ensure guest satisfaction at the bar while following established procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities include mixing drinks, handling payments, maintaining bar cleanliness, stocking supplies, and greeting guests in a friendly manner. The role requires 21+ and relevant experience or licenses as preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain/maintain licenses/certifications (preferred).
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds (preferred).
• Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift (preferred).
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills (preferred).
• Previous experience as a bartender preferred (preferred).
• Must be at least 21 years of age (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Receive and prepare beverage orders from customers and cocktail servers.
• Mix alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to memorized standard recipes.
• Serve beverages in accordance with established service procedures.
• Operate cash register, complete transactions and maintain accurate bank.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness by removing used glasses, napkins, and wiping the bar top.
• Greet and communicate with guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Prepare written requisitions and orders for bar stock.
• Maintain and replenish ice supply.
