Qualifications

• Bartender must be 21+ years old.
• Minimum of one year bartending experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Must obtain a valid, unexpired RBS Certification.
• Catering/banquet experience is a plus.
• Outgoing, charismatic, approachable, positive, guest-centric demeanor.
• Basic understanding of sanitation and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide personalized service.
• Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to standard recipes.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and stock inventory.
• Follow state/local laws and WS policy for responsible alcohol service.
• Communicate with servers and kitchen; handle guest concerns professionally.
• Process payments accurately; manage tabs and POS procedures.
