Cavalier Distributing Company is hiring Delivery Drivers in the United States for a 4-day work week, delivering craft beverages with our new liftgate-equipped fleet. Earn $22.50–$23.50 per hour, based on experience, with immediate PTO and comprehensive benefits.

We offer a $1,000 signing bonus paid in milestones and a 6% 401(k) match after 60 days, plus a reimbursement program for company products and strong customer-service expectations.

Qualifications

• Operate vehicles safely and adhere to DOT safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Load, unload and maneuver products weighing 30–165 pounds.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and perform cash handling efficiently and honestly.
• Provide exceptional customer relations reflecting professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Operating vehicles safely and adhering to all DOT safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Efficiently loading, unloading, and maneuvering product (handling weights generally between 30 and 165 pounds).
• Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any safety issues immediately.
• Maintaining accurate paperwork and executing cash management duties with integrity.
• Providing exceptional customer relations that reflect our professional standards.
