Job summary

Cavalier Distributing Company in Indiana is seeking a professional Delivery Driver to join our Craft Beverage team. In this role you will safely deliver beer, wine and other beverages to bars, restaurants and retailers, representing our premium brand with every interaction.

This full-time position features a 4-day work week, competitive pay, a sign-on bonus, and a benefits package after 60 days, including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and per diem for travel.

Qualifications

• A valid, unexpired Class A CDL with a clean MVR.
• Commitment to defensive driving.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Basic math skills for order and delivery paperwork.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles safely and follow INDOT safety regulations.
• Load, unload, and maneuver products weighing 30–165 pounds.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain paperwork and cash handling with integrity.
• Provide exceptional customer relations.
