Job summary

Spec's Family Partners in Houston is seeking a friendly retail associate to help guests with product questions, demonstrate knowledge of in-house brands, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience.

You will stock and rotate merchandise, operate the cash register, process transactions, set up displays, and maintain a neat, safe sales floor. Must be 21+, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and available to work Friday or Saturday as part of full-time or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with product questions.
• Operate cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Stock, face, and rotate merchandise on shelves.
• Set up displays and promotional materials to promote sales.
