Upland Brewing Company in Carmel, IN is looking for a friendly Server at Clay Terrace to help set the tone for excellence in craft beer and food. You’ll be part of a team that values hospitality, quality, and community.

Become an expert on our beer and menu, guide guests through ordering decisions including new menu and beer specials, maintain a clean dining room, set tables, deliver food and beverages, and ensure every guest leaves with a great experience.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience.
• Ability to listen & communicate effectively.
• Able to multitask efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills.
