Responsibilities

• Tend bar in a busy, fast-paced environment, compliant with Virginia ABC laws and TIPS/RSVP training.
• Prioritize professional, friendly customer service and overall guest satisfaction.
• Complete opening and closing duties efficiently while maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Maintain and grow craft beer knowledge.
• ID-check DOB for all guests in a welcoming, efficient manner.
• Communicate taproom promotions, policies, programming, and events to visitors.
• Execute beer and merchandise sales, keeping bar and merchandise areas well stocked.
