Job summary

The Abbey Bar is seeking an experienced bartender to join our club service team. You will craft cocktails, manage beverage service with precision, and ensure a refined atmosphere for members and guests. Prior TAM certification and mixology skills are valued as you maintain high standards of presentation and speed.

Roles include opening/closing duties, accurate guest checks via Tableside iPad, and collaboration with staff to deliver exceptional hospitality in a club setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of beer, wine and spirits.
• Ability to read, write and speak English to understand menus and take orders.
• Experience in hospitality is preferred.
• TAM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests within the first minute of arrival.
• Take drink orders within 2 minutes of greeting.
• Prepare drinks with proper measurements and garnish accordingly.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organized setup 30 minutes before opening.
• Check guest satisfaction every 15 minutes and address concerns professionally.
• Stock beverages and bar supplies to keep pars filled and service uninterrupted.
